MS Yacht Solutions: Where Technical Mastery Meets Executive Leadership
Marco Scaramuccia, M.Sc., MRINA, CEng
With more than 18 years at the sharp end of international shipbuilding, Marco Scaramuccia blends deep naval architecture fundamentals with elite corporate project management methodologies.
His career spans the entire maritime spectrum—from frontline classification surveying with RINA across Asia (China, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand) and engineering complex offshore assets, to leading multimillion-euro newbuild programs for Carnival Corporation and Royal Caribbean Cruises.
As the former Head of the Custom Project Management Department at Benetti (Livorno), Marco oversaw the construction and delivery of custom megayachts from 50m to 67m, introducing structured and innovative processes, Lean-driven workflows, and rigorous change-order analytics (based on Analytic Hierarchical Process methodology). Today, through MSYachtSolutions, he places this shipyard-insider expertise and executive leadership directly at the service of private yacht owners, family offices, and elite management firms.
